Introduction

Welcome to AI Tidbits. By subscribing to our newsletter or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Subscription Tiers

AI Tidbits offers the following subscription options:

Free Tier:

• Select public content

• Weekly newsletter roundups

Premium Monthly:

• Full access to AI Builders Series

• Deep dive articles and analysis

• Monthly AI summaries

• Eligibility for Premium Credits Program

Premium Annual:

• All Premium Monthly benefits

• Annual billing at discounted rate

• Eligibility for Premium Credits Program

Founding Member:

• All Premium Annual benefits

• Priority consideration for Premium Credits

• Direct support for AI Tidbits

Subscription Terms:

• All paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• Payments processed through Substack and Stripe

• We can change pricing at any time for future billing periods

• You’re charged at the beginning of each billing period

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Substack profile. Cancellation stops future charges but doesn’t give you a refund for your current billing period.

NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

Once payment is processed, it’s non-refundable. This includes:

• Dissatisfaction with content

• Technical issues

• Duplicate or accidental purchases

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Inability to access content

Content is delivered digitally and immediately upon subscription. You can review our free content before deciding to purchase a paid subscription.

Cancellation prevents future charges but doesn’t entitle you to refunds for previously paid periods. Premium Credits cannot be exchanged for refunds or cash.

Premium Credits Program

Premium subscribers may receive credits or discounts for third-party AI tools and services (like Anthropic, Deepgram, etc.).

IMPORTANT: CREDITS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

By subscribing to Premium, you understand that:

• Credits are provided on a best-effort basis only

• All credits require final approval from the partner company

• Partner companies have sole discretion to approve or deny applications

• AI Tidbits has no control over approval decisions

• We make no guarantees about availability or approval of credits

• Partner companies can change or discontinue programs at any time

Credit Rules:

• Claim through the Premium Discounts page

• Non-transferable (can’t be sold, traded, or given away)

• May have expiration dates set by partners

• No cash value and can’t be exchanged for refunds

• Must comply with partner company terms when using credits

• Misuse may result in immediate termination without refund

Third-Party Disclaimer: AI Tidbits is not responsible for:

• Quality or performance of partner services

• Partner company decisions or policies

• Technical issues with partner platforms

• Any disputes with partner companies

Partner companies are independent third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Content Rights

All AI Tidbits content is protected by copyright laws.

Paid subscribers get a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You cannot:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content

• Share subscription credentials

• Provide paid content to non-subscribers

• Use content for commercial purposes

• Create derivative works

• Remove copyright notices

• Use automated tools to scrape content

• Circumvent paywalls

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

Account Security

You’re responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure

• All activity under your account

• Notifying us immediately if your account is compromised

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Subscriptions are for individual use only. Sharing accounts is a breach of these Terms and subject to immediate termination without refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AI Tidbits lawfully and not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe on others’ rights

• Transmit viruses or harmful code

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Interfere with or disrupt services

• Harass or harm other users

• Engage in fraud or illegal activity

• Impersonate others

• Collect user information without consent

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

Communications

By subscribing, you consent to receive:

• Newsletter content via email

• Service announcements and updates

• Subscription renewal reminders

• Updates to Terms or Privacy Policy

• Premium Credits opportunities (for paid subscribers)

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime, but we may still send important service-related messages about your account or subscription.

Disclaimers

AI Tidbits content is for informational and educational purposes only.

• Content is NOT professional advice (legal, financial, investment, medical, etc.)

• We make NO guarantees about accuracy or completeness

• AI news changes rapidly; content may become outdated

• Don’t rely solely on our content for important decisions

• Always do your own research and consult professionals

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties.

We disclaim all warranties including:

• Merchantability and fitness for purpose

• Non-infringement

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

• Accuracy or reliability of content

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

AI Tidbits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use of (or inability to use) our services

• Content obtained from AI Tidbits

• Unauthorized access to your data

• Third-party services or partner companies

• Denial of credit applications

• Technical issues or service interruptions

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 2 months, or $100, whichever is less.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Tidbits from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

• Your use or misuse of services

• Content you submit

• Any fraudulent or illegal activity

Termination

By You: Cancel anytime through Substack. No refunds for remaining billing period.

By Us: We can suspend or terminate your access immediately for:

• Violating these Terms

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Chargebacks or payment disputes

• Account sharing or credential misuse

• Any harmful conduct

Termination by us doesn’t entitle you to refunds.

After Termination:

• Access to paid content immediately ceases

• Outstanding fees become due

• You remain bound by Terms that should survive termination

• We may delete your account data

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action must be brought exclusively in San Francisco County, California courts. You consent to personal jurisdiction and waive objections to venue.

Informal Resolution: Before filing legal action, contact us at contact@joinbond.ai to resolve disputes informally.

Time Limit: Claims must be filed within one (1) year after arising, or they’re permanently barred.

Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved individually, not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

General Terms

Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Tidbits.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision doesn’t waive that provision.

Assignment: You can’t assign these Terms without our consent. We can assign them at any time.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Acknowledgment

BY SUBSCRIBING TO AI TIDBITS OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
