Runway Gen-3 looks way more promising than the much-hyped Dream Machine (by Luma), which I found pretty underwhelming in testing. (Although it's pretty great with image-to-video.)

Agree. I'm also surprised by the sheer amount of progress happening in this space since Sora's announcement. Used to be Runway + Pika Labs.
On paper, there were a few more. I tested a bunch of them back in October: https://www.whytryai.com/p/text-to-video-sites
But I agree that Pika and Runway were the clearcut leaders in the space. (Runway more so.)
